Respondr allows you to import contacts. Create a custom CSV file including any of the supported fields listed below:

  • Full Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email *
  • Phone
  • Company
  • Title
  • Website
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Google+
* Email is the only required field for contacts.

To import your contacts, log in and go to Contacts.




Click on the upload button.




Step1: Upload

Select the file you'd like to upload. Add tags to the imported contacts to help manage/filter in the future. Click Next.




Step 2: Map

Associate the fields in the CSV file column header with the corresponding fields in Respondr. For any fields you do not have data for leave 'n/a' selected in the drop down. Email is the only required field for contacts. Click Next.



Step 3: Import

Review the data before importing. Remove any of the listed contacts by clicking the 'X' on the appropriate row. Once you've confirmed all contacts should be imported, click Import.



Step 4: Done

Contacts have been successfully imported. Return to Contacts page to see all of your contacts and start sending personalized Respondrs.
